Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of leynk.co and the Leynk link-in-bio service (the "Service"), operated by Raveloo Retailers LLC ("Leynk", "we", "us"). By creating a page or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to create a page.
• You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login details secure, and for all activity on your account.
• Usernames are first come, first served. We may reclaim or change a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or is inactive for a long period.

You keep ownership of the links, text, images and other content you add ("Your Content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute Your Content only as needed to operate and promote the Service.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you publish and that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights.

You agree not to use Leynk to:

• Link to or share illegal content, malware, phishing pages or scams.
• Impersonate another person or business, or mislead visitors about who you are.
• Share content that is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that promotes violence.
• Sell prohibited or counterfeit goods, or collect payments for products you do not intend to deliver.
• Spam, scrape, overload, or try to break the security of the Service.

Anyone can flag a page through our report form. We may remove content or suspend pages that break these rules.

• The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans and their prices are described on our pricing page at the time you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for.
• One-time purchases unlock the features listed for that plan at the time of purchase.
• Leynk does not charge transaction fees on sales made through your page. Your payment provider may charge its own processing fees.
• If you are unhappy with a purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will review a refund request.

Your page may link to or integrate with services we do not control, such as payment processors, social networks and booking tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

You can delete your page at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your links first.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it fast and online but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leynk will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you have not paid us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email or on the site before it takes effect.
